LetsMkVideo provides AI-powered tools for creating video and image content. To keep the platform safe and lawful, you may not use our services to request, upload, generate, edit, store, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or unsafe. This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service and forms part of your agreement with us.
Prohibited Content and Uses

Adult & Sexual Content
Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, or otherwise NSFW content, including explicit nudity or sexual acts.

Non-consensual Intimate Content
Non-consensual intimate content, sexual deepfakes, or content that exploits a person's identity or likeness without permission.
Face Manipulation & Deepfakes
Face-swap, face-manipulation, or deepfake content used to deceive, harass, impersonate, or harm any person, or to create non-consensual intimate imagery.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Generating content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Bypassing Safety Controls
Attempts to bypass, disable, or evade our content moderation, safety controls, or enforcement measures.
Enforcement
We may block generation requests, remove content, and cooperate with lawful authorities when we reasonably believe these restrictions have been violated.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate applicable laws, this Policy, our Terms of Service, or any platform policy.
In such cases, you will not be entitled to any refund for unused credits, subscription fees, or other payments.

LetsMkVideo is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of the AI models used on this site (including but not limited to Kling, LTX, Seedance, Hunyuan, LongCat, Hailuo, Waver, and others). All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply endorsement.
